General
District Administrators should check the following in Lumea the first of each month:
- User approval
- Unposted sessions report
- Service provider records report
- Student eligibility verification
[1] This list should include those students who are enrolled in the LEA and those attending out of district schools when the LEA is financially responsible for the student except for regional schools and charter schools. If a student is attending a charter or regional school, only the charter or regional school is eligible to include that student in their Medicaid Eligibility Percentage calculation, and the public school district should not include any such student in their count.
[2] The Cost Report reflecting July 1, 20XX through June 30, 20XX is due December 31st. We are requesting that all data be submitted to EDMS prior to Thanksgiving break to allow adequate time to compile and upload the data. Required data includes salaries and district-paid benefits for RMTS Job Code 1 personnel, tuition itemized by ESE facility code, the Special Education Roster as of January 5 and a list of allowable direct medical costs, supplies, etc.
