RMTS Technical Update (Massachusetts)

Dear RMTS Coordinator/Special Education Director:

Here is a copy of the RMTS Technical Notes and System Requirements for Fiscal Year 2016.  Some of the requirements have been updated.

Some school districts may have made changes to their firewalls or performed system upgrades during the past year.  Please forward this information to the appropriate IT person or department. We want to ensure that Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) emails reach all time study participants and the school district security features allow for this.

Remember, if a district does not meet the 85% participation level with respect to their RMTS moments, that district could forfeit their ability to participate in School-Based Claiming for that quarter.

If you have questions, please contact School-Based Claiming at the email address or phone number below.
