Random Moment Time Study Participant List (Massachusetts)

As you prepare for your 4th quarter Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) participant list, which is due at the end of this month, we wanted to remind you of a few things related to determining which school district staff to include in your quarterly RMTS lists.  We’ve also provided the latest information provided by school-based Medicaid as to defining the credentials for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)/Autism services providers.

AAC Claiming Manual Updated to Include ABA Program Changes – Draft (Massachusetts)

School Based Medicaid recently made a Draft Revised Instruction Guide for School Based Medicaid Administrative Claims available, but have indicated that “There may be some additional revisions to the guide as it makes it’s [sic] way through the approval and publications process at MassHealth. We needed to get it into everyone’s hands so that you can accurately calculate claims with the additional job group . . .”
