Spring Clean-up! (Maine)

It is that time of year again – time to do a little Spring Cleaning! This year, MSB™ has put together a comprehensive list of items that can help you end the 2015-2016 school year with a clean account and set up for a strong 2016-2017 school year! Check out these important tasks for billing:

Medicaid Key Items – This is a great time to make sure you are caught up and will end the year with a clean account!

 check Unposted Sessions Report

  • Get all old sessions cleaned up so they can be processed
  • Cleaning up sessions helps Service Providers start the new year positively
check Check the Service Provider Details and Activities Reports

  • Confirm Service Providers are scheduling sessions
 check Review the Non-billable and Missing Information Reports in Secure Documents

  • Contact your District Claims Analyst for guidance, support, and assistance
