Changes in your Admin Team
With the ending of another school year on the horizon, it is time to think about changes to come in the new year. As you know, the Administrative Team is a vital part of the SAU-MSB relationship, and we want to make sure that your Administrative Team has all the tools and training needed to make the new school year as successful as the previous one – or help you address any concerns so the new school year is even better!
If your Administrative Team (Directors, Assistant Directors, Billing Coordinators, Clinical Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, or anyone one else who helps keep the MSB account running in your district) has any new or incoming members, please let your Program Specialist know today so that you can set up a New Admin Training, update contact information, and ensure that your forms reference the correct person where appropriate.
We try to schedule these trainings between the middle of July and middle of August, but space is limited, so booking as early as you can will ensure we can accommodate your schedule and needs. And don’t forget that Admin Refresher Trainings are available if a review of your account management processes, Medicaid policy, or system functionality, would be helpful.
